I had a wonderful stay thanks to the friendly staff who went the extra mile to help us, making it feel like home. plus, being just under a kilometer from Erguvan Baris Park and various dining options within walking distance made city strolls super enjoyable.

I had a pleasant stay with impressive facilities and clean rooms. the dining experience could be improved, as the restaurant service was slow and the breakfast options were limited. Fluctuations in the air conditioning made the room slightly uncomfortable at times.

Consider visiting the gym early morning for a quieter experience and better access to equipment.

Although the hotel has impressive views, the breakfast was disappointing due to its limited options. I expected more from a five-star establishment, particularly in terms of variety. the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly, making it uncomfortably cool at times.

I stayed for 2 nights to attend a concert and do some shopping. The room was fantastic, really spacious with a modern layout, and I enjoyed the extra-large bed. It was also quiet, which was a huge plus after a long day out. The location was great for reaching shopping centers like Watergarden and Palladium in just a short walk.

The views were stunning, and I had a good stay here. The room was not only clean but comfortable too!

Just a smart choice for a weekend in Istanbul with great value for the money. The room had a good rain shower, although it could use some cleaning. Bring a swimming cap for the pool.

The pool was enormous and my kids spent hours swimming, despite the water being chilly at first! And let me tell you, the breakfast buffet had a dish of the day that was an absolute delight, chef went around making sure everyone had a taste.

It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable for the quality provided.
